WHO IS THIS FOR?
a course Built for coaches who want to know more
This isn't a generic CPD day. The Master Mobility Workshop is a focused, hands-on 8-hour intensive for fitness professionals who work with strength, movement, and rehabilitation — and want a deeper, more systematic toolkit to deliver better outcomes for their clients.
Whether you're a personal trainer looking to expand your assessment skills, or a coach who wants to incorporate evidence-based rehab principles into your programming, this workshop meets you where you are.
WHY ATTEND?
A full eight hours of focused, structured learning
The day is carefully structured to take you from assessment fundamentals through to practical application — giving you tools you can use with clients the very next week. Small group sizes (capped at 20 attendees) ensure every participant gets meaningful time with the material and the facilitators.
Coaches attending as part of the programme are warmly encouraged, and the format has been designed to be equally valuable whether it's your first encounter with this methodology or a reinforcement of existing skills.
You're invited to Master Mobility with Tom Hibbert & Dr Peter Lundgren — a full-day 8-hour intensive workshop for coaches and personal trainers who want to sharpen their understanding of mobility and injury prevention, deepen their knowledge, and walk away with practical tools they can use straight away with their clients.
