Winning Strength Summit


The Winning Strength Summit is our biggest weekend of the year in the strength community — three days of training, competing, recovering, and connecting with the Winning Strength community. Whether you're here to test yourself in the performance sessions, soak up coaching insight, or just enjoy the atmosphere with fellow athletes, there's something for everyone.

Expect strongman events, powerlifting and Olympic lifting sessions, athletic performance testing, team challenges, full access to our recovery suite and plenty of coffee, good food, and even better company.

Your ticket includes:

  • Access to all Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions

  • Welcome briefing and Summit pack

  • Choice of Saturday performance session (strongman, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, athletic performance, or group GPP)

  • Entry into Saturday's competitions and Team Challenge

  • Full access to the recovery suite (sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, FSM demos)

  • Sunday Summit Games and community lunch

The schedule

Day 1 — Friday | Arrive & Connect

Normal gym hours throughout Friday, 06:00–20:00

Throughout the day — Arrival at Winning Strength HQ Check in, grab a coffee, meet the athletes and coaches, and collect your Summit pack.

14:30 — Welcome Briefing Your introduction to the Winning Strength Summit, a look at the weekend schedule, a chance to meet our visiting athletes.

15:30 — Tom Presentation A talk from Tom to kick things off.

16:30 — Community Training Session A coached session with Tom and the coaching team, built around quality movement and collaboration — train alongside the whole group.

20:00 — Relaxed Evening Music, drinks, networking, and plenty of recovery talk to close out day one.

Day 2 — Saturday | Train & Develop

06:00 — Early Arrival Coffee's on and gym is open. Drop in whenever you're ready before the day's sessions begin!

08:00 — Warm Up Together

08:30 — Performance Sessions Choose your focus for the morning:

  • 🏋️ Strongman Events

  • 🏋️ Powerlifting Technique

  • 🏋️ Olympic Weightlifting

  • 🏃 Athletic Performance

  • 🏃 Group GPP

Plus friendly competitions to push you outside your comfort zone — broad jump, vertical jump, 0–10m sprint, penta jump, dead hang, max chin-ups, sandbag carry, yoke sprint, medicine ball throw, and coach vs. athlete challenges.

12:30 — Lunch Break Grab lunch at a nearby café, order in as a group, or bring your own — the choice is yours.

13:30 — Coaches Meeting & Content (Coaches Only) Our coaching team gets together to talk standards, athlete development, programming, and what's next for Winning Strength.

14:00 — Shak Briefing

15:00 — Recovery Afternoon Open access to the full recovery suite — sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, FSM demonstrations, and a recovery Q&A with the team.

17:00 — Team Challenge Mixed teams go head-to-head in farmer carry relays, sandbag relays, yoke walks, grip challenges, and medley events.

18:30 — Evening Social An optional group meal at a local restaurant or pub — a relaxed way to keep the conversations going and strengthen the Winning Strength community.

Day 3 — Sunday | Summit Games

09:00 — Coffee & Catch Up

09:30 — Mobility & Activation

10:00 — Summit Games at a local country club (location TBC). A relaxed, fun day of football, rounders, and badminton — no pressure, just good competition.

12:30 — Community Lunch A casual finish with pizzas, wraps, or BBQ, and more games.

13:30 — Closing Session Group photo and closing remarks — the Summit officially wraps here.
